We accept cheques, electronic / bank transfers, all major credit cards, and PayPal

How do you process my credit card payment?

All credit card payments are processed using PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to pay with your credit card. We will not take your credit number over the phone.

Where do you ship?

We ship all JustCurl equipment globally.

How do you ship my order?

Canadian / United States orders ship via UPS ground.International orders ship via FedEx International Priority.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We only ship to physical addresses. Our carrier will not deliver to postal boxes.

When is my order shipped?

Your order ships once payment is received and confirmed.

When will I receive my order?

Canadian orders take approximately 5-7 business days to ship.United States orders take approximately 7-9 business days to ship. International orders vary by country. Please contact us at info@justcurl.net for shipping information.
